Cakes by Rachael started in the spring of 2003 when I, as a newly-wed, thought it might be a fun and useful hobby since everyone knows that a way to a man’s heart (and probably the best way to keep it!) is through his stomach. My mom made my birthday cakes as a child so I started out with her molded pans and started making cakes for any family member or friend that would let me! And as word of mouth spread, I have been able to do more custom and intricate designs.
My goal is to make my customers happy, whether that’s something simple and elegant or straight out of your wildest dreams. My passion is to make beautiful cakes and never stop learning and honing my skills by taking on more challenging and extraordinary cakes.Cake Flavors
Though I only boast a handful of cake and icing flavors, that’s mostly because I haven’t had a customer that just “had to have it!” If you can think of it, I’m sure I can make it, just give me a little notice and I’m sure I won’t disappoint!

As every cake is different, I have no standard pricing. Pricing mainly depends on the flavors and complexity of design.
